More Homes Coming on the Market?
November 11th was another trip to Walmart and another discouraging real estate story for Mountain Home, Idaho. On my 2.7 mile trip to Walmart I spotted 7 homes for sale. It appears all the home from my October 24th report are still on the market but a new one has popped up. And the number of homes in some stage of foreclosure is at 5.
All indications are that the strong buyers market continues in Mountain Home. But it appears there aren't many buyers out there to make much of an impact on the local real estate market. Without the buyer in this equation, I suspect we are in for another 3-6 months of a depressed housing market.
