Now that the "Election 2010" season is over, I can "writefully" say Mountain Home citizens were virtually absent from the world wide web and blogosphere in general. And this past election was chocked full of opportunities for "the people" to express their opinions and ideas in a very public and useful way. Where were you Mountain Home, Idaho?
Help Wanted: Opinions, Know How, Controversy, Unique Information
You have the ideas! You have the knowledge! You do things others can't! You want to be heard! But do you have the ability? The ability to take all those thoughts and knowledge and publish them on a blog or a website? I would like help in starting a Mountain Home Blog Network.

Many Have Tried; Most Fail or Give Up
I'm looking for a few folks from the Mountain Home, Idaho area to contribute to our community. But you must be a self-starter. You must have the ability to take what's floating around in that gray matter in your head and transfer it to the world-wide-web. In short, I'm looking for one or both of the following:
- One or more people willing to start a local blog or website. The content of the blog should generally pertain to Mountain Home, Elmore County or Idaho. The new blogger/writer should have persistence and the ability to write about their chosen subject at least 3 times a month. You should have the desire of "wanting to be heard".
- One or more folks in the local area who want to be heard but don't think they have the ability to start and maintain a blog/website. These types of people can learn to be heard by writing "guest authored" articles on the Bondyweb.Com website. I will take what you write and publish your thoughts, ideas and information so you don't have to.
The Pay: $000.00
The Reward: That's up to you. If you think you will make money from your blog, the odds are you won't.
Why: Give our community an alternative news and information source to what's out there now.
Tim Bondy Will Help You
There are many different platforms and or software available to set up your blog. Some very good options are totally free. Others are relatively cheap but these "paid for" options would be better in the long run. Nothing says you can't start out with the free plans and switch over to a commercial plan later.
Please understand that writing for a blog is a big commitment. The vast majority of people who start a blog rarely maintain it past the 6 month point. But if you think you have what it takes to write quality content that people would like to read then let's do it. Use my Contact Us form and tell me what you'd like to do. No charge/Free!!!!!!
Thanks,
Tim Bondy
